Day of Crisis

A Nanterre specialty known internationally, the  Day of Crisis  is an inter-university competition in English to test students' knowledge of international law and diplomatic skills.  

Immersed in a fictitious international crisis for 24 hours , participants receive requests from states and international organizations and must provide legal expertise and negotiate with other teams in order to reach compromises.  

Among the participating teams, the American University Washington College of Law (United States), Sciences Po Paris (France)  King's College of London (Great Britain), the  Kazan Federal University (Russia), University of Louvain (Belgium),  New South Wales University (Australia), Freie Universität Berlin (Germany),  National Law University Odisha  (India) and  the Università Roma Tre (Italy).
